CSUF Illustration and Hercules

Professor Cliff Cramp and former Graduate Student Doug Sirois teamed up on Radical Comics’ Hercules, which is now a movie starring Dwayne Johnson – The Rock.  Sirois was the colorist for volumes 1-3 and called in Cramp to team up on books 4 and 5.  During their time on the comic, Radical Comics was pitching the story as a feature film.  The film stars Dwayne Johnson – The Rock.  The movie comes out in July 2014.

Here is a review of the comic – “The coloring of Doug Sirois and Cliff Cramp match the artist’s world view; clean, reality based, and not lost in detail. The artwork made this an excitingly enjoyable read where others might have taken a different approach and lost their readers by showing off their skills in minutia.”
